Welcome to Sapphire Ballroom, LLC (“Sapphire Ballroom,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using our website — https://sapphireballroomjax.com — or by booking lessons, classes, or events with us, you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”).

Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Overview

Sapphire Ballroom provides dance instruction, choreography, social events, studio rentals, and related wedding-day services to clients in the Jacksonville, Florida area. These Terms apply to all visitors, clients, and users of our website and studio services.

2. Services Covered

These Terms apply to:

  • Private and group dance lessons

  • Custom wedding dance choreography

  • Social dance events and practice parties

  • Studio rentals and gift certificates

  • On-site wedding or event-day services

  • Any other products or promotions we may offer from time to time

We may update, modify, or discontinue any service at our discretion.

3. Booking and Payment

Payment Terms

  • All lessons and services must be paid in full before the time of service.

  • Clients may pay up front or in up to three installments, depending on the program.

  • Payments are processed securely through Square or Stripe.

Refunds

  • Payments are fully non-refundable once lessons have begun.

  • Clients will not receive a refund for unused lessons, and if issued it will be minus administrative and other processing fees.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • At least 24 hours’ notice is required for any rescheduling or cancellation.

  • Cancellations or reschedules with less than 24-hour notice are subject to a $50 rescheduling/no-show fee.

  • No-call/no-show lessons are forfeit and non-refundable (exceptions may be made for emergencies).

  • Clients who cancel a free introductory lesson are not entitled to schedule another free lesson.

  • If lessons were purchased at a promotional rate and remain unused for 6 months or more, the promotional rate expires; the amount paid will be credited toward lessons at our current standard rates.

4. Studio Conduct and Safety

Dance is a physical activity and carries inherent risks.
By participating in any lesson or event with Sapphire Ballroom, clients acknowledge and accept those risks.

  • Safety first: We make every effort to ensure a safe environment and instruction, but injuries can occur.

  • Liability: Participation is at your own risk. Sapphire Ballroom, LLC, its instructors, and affiliates are not responsible for injuries, accidents, or lost or stolen property.

  • A separate liability waiver is signed at your first lesson and is considered part of these Terms.

5. Communication and Marketing

By submitting your contact information through our website or booking forms, you consent to being contacted via:

  • Email,

  • Text message (SMS), or

  • Phone call

for scheduling, reminders, and promotional messages related to our services.
You may opt out at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” in an email or replying “END” to a text message.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, photos, videos, choreography, lesson materials, music edits, and logos — is the intellectual property of Sapphire Ballroom, LLC unless otherwise noted.

You may not copy, record, reproduce, or distribute any routines, videos, or teaching materials without our prior written consent.
Custom choreography created for clients may be performed at their event but remains the artistic property of Sapphire Ballroom, LLC.

7. Website Use

When using our website, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information when filling out forms.

  • Not engage in any activity that disrupts or damages our website or services.

  • Not attempt to access data or systems without authorization.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site or services if we believe you have violated these Terms.

8. Payments and Third-Party Services

Payments and form submissions are handled through third-party providers (Square, Stripe, and Go High Level).
We do not store or have access to your full credit-card information.
All payment data is encrypted and handled securely by our payment partners in accordance with PCI DSS security standards. By using our site, you also agree to their respective terms and privacy policies.
